Tithe meaning, namely that because the charity is the future diwajibkannya (fast) in the month of ramadan is also called the dole. Lafadh alms according syara 'is used for charity, as required, as contained in various places in the quran and sunnah. B. Zakat obligation Fitrah
Jumhur scholars' Salaf and Kholaf stating that the meaning of the hadith is farodho alzama and awjaba, so the tithe is an obligation that is uncertain. Also, because the entrance to the generality word of God: "And to you all, give regular charity" (Qur'an, 2:110, 4:77, 24:56)

Tithe by the Messenger of Allah. Called zakat, thereby including into commands of God. And since word of the Messenger of Allah. Farodho, usually in terms syara 'meanings are used. Ash has also explained high school, Imam 'Atho, and Ibn Sirin, that it is mandatory tithe. As also mentioned in Bukhari. This is a Shafi'i Maliki, Shafi'i and Ahmad.

Hanafi said that zakah is an obligation not fardhu, fardhu they think everything in the set of propositions qath'i, while mandatory is anything that is in the set of propositions zanni. This is different from the three priest. According to them fardhu includes two parts: fardhu set based on the proposition that in qoth'i and fardhu zanni determined based on the proposition. From here we learn that not unlike the Hanafi school of thought that three of the law, but merely a difference in terms only and is not a problem.

Maliki quote from asyhab that the tithe is a voluntary legal muakkad. This is the opinion of some scholars Zahir, and dri lubban ibn Shafi. fardhu sentences in their mentakwilkan
in
hadeeth with the meaning qaddara / ensure. What has been pointed out above, has indeed refuted it. Imam Nawawi ibn luban of expression after the menyunatkannya, states that such opinion is the opinion of the odd and even munkar clearly wrong.

Ishaq bin rahawih stating that the obligation to tithe is like a consensus even quoting Ibn Mundzir consensus scholars will be obligations. Ibrahim bin Abu Bakr Asham Uliah and believes that the obligation to tithe it dinaskh with kefardhuan charity.
